Stand up naturally. Relax your arms. They don't go straight. They're slightly bent.

Now straighten it. It takes effort. Your arms are tense.

Our goal is to keep the arms relaxed, even with load (barbell). How do we do that is the question.
Simple. Shift the load to the lats.

How? Now... That's the tricky one
